I was asked to tile front porch. I found 2 layers of tiles. Top layer I was able to remove by hand. And I found wet, old “ready mixed” adhesive. Another layer was set without backbuttering and primer, so it took me about 10 min to remove. Thanks gods for cowboys. I love you guys!
After drying and cleaning I put SBR primer and then de coupling mat, because I saw cracks and didn’t want to have cracks on grout or even tiles.
Then I put this nice 20 cm x 20 cm porcelain tiles on H40 Kerakoll UK gel. As a finishing you can see “pecan” grout from BAL Tiling As you can see tiles are mitre cut on the step.

Before and after. Aprox. 20 m2 of floor on nice Hemsworth #gres tiles. Bigger than usuall – 67 cm x 46 cm so many cuts done manually, with angle grinder only. Set on #Kerakoll Gel H40 and jasmine grout from BAL Tiling. Everything bought in Topps Tiles
Customer decided to remove first step from stairs to make it easier for me and to help with future project of stairs replacement. Still, cutting to the uneven walls and pipes can be challenging.

Here we got 60 cm x 15 cm wood plank style porcelain tiles. I was asked to install underfloor heating below, which is always a challenge. But result – you can see.
Grout is light grey, but you always need to give it time to dry.

3 walls of bathroom and floor.
Floor was wooden, so I secured it with #NoMorePly cement boards. Walls tanked so full waterproof done.
On the floor nice 45 cm x 45 cm porcelain tiles.
On the wall you can see 31 cm x 61 cm gres. This material is very hard to cut – can break and chip very easly, but as you can see, I was able to even mitre cut the window. Happy with oportunity to center tiles on the window as well 🙂
As a adhesive I put my favorite H40 Kerakoll UK gel. Grout and silicon are “smoke” from BAL Tiling Both bought from Topps Tiles Trade

It was interesting challenge. I was asked to remove some tiles from wall and then put a new one. In corner – no problem, but try to do it in the middle of the wall and leave a nice transition.

I was asked to tile floor in a toilet and utility room.
In the meantime, customer decide to tile wall and have tiled skirtings.
No problem!
I had to prepare floor with decoupling matt because there was too many cracks.

Silicon / grout “ash” from #BAL All tiles set on #Kerakoll Gel H40. Overkill? Maybe, but I like quality of this product.
Corners mitre cut on 45 degrees.
