Another bathroom transformation completed ✅
This project started with a full BAL tanking system to make everything waterproof from the ground up.
Because the original floor was timber, we installed Jackoboard cement boards for extra stability and durability.
The floor features 60x60cm porcelain tiles, with 30x60cm tiles on the walls – all beautifully mitre-cut at 45° for clean, seamless corners.
The biggest challenge? A custom partition wall with built-in shelves, separating the shower area from the rest of the room — detailed work, but the result was worth it.

We’ve recently finished tiling a kitchen, hallway, and storage room with stunning 60×60 cm porcelain tiles – a marble-effect design with subtle golden veins.
This job was a real challenge with some demanding cuts around the staircase (including curved details), but the result speaks for itself.

Another bathroom floor rescued 👷‍♂️✨

The original tiles had to be removed due to poor installation – too few screws in the boards, no adhesive between the boards and subfloor, and tiles laid without proper backbuttering.
We stripped everything down, cleaned the base, and rebuilt it the right way:
✔️ 6mm Jackoboard panels
✔️ Kerakoll H40 adhesive
✔️ 60.5 x 60.5 cm porcelain tiles
✔️ BAL grout & silicone in “Ash” finish
All tiles and materials were supplied by Topps Tiles.
